Just contact us and we will deliver a full checklist pad which includes 30 inspections and a paddle (pad holder) for your forklift. Just do your normal inspections using the pad and let us know how you like them.
The forklift truck inspection pad enables your organization to work through a duplicate checklist and carry out an inspection of your forklift trucks ensuring they are safe for use. The top copy of the checklist is displayed on the truck to indicate its safety. The duplicate copy remains in the pad as evidence the inspection has taken place.
